My curiosity about human development and decision-making has accompanied me throughout my professional journey.<\/p>\n<p>After studying Business Administration, I worked in Canada, Switzerland and Germany, taking on responsibilities in both specialist and leadership roles. Through these experiences, I gained first-hand insight into challenges leaders face when balancing professional success, personal values and family life.<\/p>\n<p>The birth of my children led me to explore the topic work-life integration in greater depth. Since then, I have focused on supporting professionals and leaders who seek clarity, sustainable success and alignment between career ambitions and personal priorities.<\/p>\n<p>Clients value my ability to recognize patterns and perspectives that are often overlooked.
